Numerosas investigaciones de la neurociencia apoyan los beneficios de la práctica regular del mindfulness, ya que es beneficioso para el control de los pensamientos negativos, el aumento de la felicidad, para la salud mental y física, para el desarrollo del autoliderazgo, claridad mental para toma de decisiones, concentración, potenciación de la memoria y la visión global, gestión del estrés y emociones negativas o la gestión de la incertidumbre y el cambio.
